You may have to do a bit of trial and error card juggling around into different slots if you have the option to see if that gets things working. If you inte, up a PC to have many devices using that boot memory, sometimes there just isn’t enough left and as a consequence some things may not function as expected.
If so, I’d get in touch with the PCI graphics card supplier and see what they have to say about it. I’ve also thought about swaping mother boards for a bit more robust one.

I carefully worked through all the relevant drivers on the Intel site, and now have those slots working away as they should.
